cancer-fighting foods that promote ahealthy lifestyle. I hope you find thisinformation helpful in your everydaylives.

• Eat your cabbage, broccoli,brussels sprouts and cauliflower.These vegetables containsulforaphanes that stop tumorgrowth.

• Citrus fruits, such as oranges,lemons and grapefruits, containflavonoids that can removecancer cells found in the liver.

• Consuming foods with crushedgarlic helps your body defenditself against kidney and prostatecancer.

• Dark chocolate that containsover 70 percent cocoa actuallydecreases the growth of cancercells and restricts blood flow tothese cells. Consuming about 1/5of a dark chocolate bar daily isacceptable.

• Strawberries contain ellagic acid,which discourages cancergrowth.

• High-fiber foods, such aspopcorn, oatmeal, strawberries,baked beans, brown rice, branmuffins, apples, bananas andbaked potatoes, help promote ahealthy digestive system anddeter the growth of cancer cells.

• Drink green tea. Green teacontains polyphenols thatsupport the death of cancer cells.Make sure you steep your tea for5 to 8 minutes to get the mostbenefit.
