not successful at weight lossbecause they forget to have fun. Oneway to lose weight and have fun isthrough doing an activity you enjoy.Below is a list of activities andcalories that can be burned bycompleting them.
• Dancing: 300 calories per hour• Golf: 246 calories per hour• Playing piano: 176 calories
per hour• Walking: 246 calories per hour• Aerobics: 422 calories per hour• Cooking: 176 calories per hourIn order to lose one pound per
week, a person needs to burn anextra 500 calories per day. Once youhave lost the unwanted pounds, hereare some interesting facts regardingindividuals who have lost 30 or morepounds and kept the weight off.
• They all ate a nutritiousbreakfast daily.
• They weighed themselves atleast two times weekly.
• They watched less than 10hours of TV weekly.
• They all exercised one hourdaily.
