Provides coverage for lender’s interest in the event of uninsured or underinsured damage to a property

Program Details

Each risk (bank, F.I; asset manager, fund) is underwritten on basis of spread of risk, asset management procedures, property type and investment strategy.

Once a risk has been bound, a master policy is issued and the insured has the opportunity to bind coverage on demand.

The open master policy can accept all properties within policy limits. No appraisal, inspection report or COPE data is needed.

Premiums are calculated on a per diem basis, and agency billing occurs on a monthly basis. Premiums are fully earned and the insured only pays for the coverage that is needed.
