Day One. 350 YEARS OF BOSTONYour first day in Boston will begin as your private guide accom-

panies you to the finest sites in the city. Start your morning off atBeacon Hill, Boston’s most prestigious address and home to theblue-blood elite, before visiting the Public Garden, home of thefamous Swan Boats. That afternoon, enjoy a delicious lunch onNewbury Street, the shopping capital of Boston.

After enjoying the unique and upscale boutiques, you willexplore the area with stops by the Theater District, Chinatown, andthe South End. Fenway Park, the oldest ballpark in the MajorLeague’s, and its “Green Monster” are also on your route.

To finish your day, you will drive along part of the Freedom Trailand visit the Waterfront, before taking a walk into the North End,Boston's famous Italian neighborhood. That night, return to the lux-urious Beacon Hill hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day Two. GLOUCESTER & ROCKPORT—SCENIC CAPE ANNYour second day will bring you to some of the Northeast’s

most beautiful coastlines, with a visit to Cape Ann. Your first stopwill be Gloucester, a city renowned for the purity of its light, andhome of many internationally known painters.

Perhaps the most notable attraction in the city is its beautifulharbor, which attracts a sizeable artistic population and is also one ofthe top three fishing ports in the northeast. There you will see the fish-erman’s memorial statue, as well as the beautiful Hammond Castle.

Day Three. HARVARD UNIVERSITY AND THE JFK LIBRARYOn this day, you will explore the world famous Harvard

University area where the young JFK lived and studied. Youwill stroll through Harvard Yard, the original campus of theoldest university in the country, as you walk among the his-toric buildings. Don’t forget to rub the bronze shoe of JohnHarvard for good luck at the “Statue of Three Lies.”

The tour continues as you travel from Cambridge to theshoreline of Dorchester Bay, where you will visit the spectacularJohn F. Kennedy Library. Walk the campaign trail, view the famousKennedy/Nixon debates, and listen to the often-humorous pressconferences as you continue on through the highlights ofKennedy’s presidency. For a short time, you will relive the thou-sand days of "Camelot.”

Day One. MAINE’S BEAUTIFUL HARBORTo begin your discovery of the area,

you will take a scenic lobster cruise in theGulf of Maine harbor on Kylie’s Chance,one of the largest sightseeing boats on theNew England coast.

During your outing, you will learn howthe famous Maine lobsters are caught andpass by the oceanfront estate of a formerU.S. President. The view from the water iseven more stunning than from land, and if you are lucky, you mayeven see former President Bush and the Secret Service out fish-ing. If you wave, he does wave back. Make sure to keep youreyes peeled for the seals in their natural habitat on BumpkinIsland as well.

To finish your night, delight in an authentic lobster and clam-bake at Fosters restaurant.

Day Two. WHITE MOUNTAINS OF NEW HAMPSHIREAfter breakfast, your driver will transport you to the Mountain

View Grand Resort in North Conway. This two-hour drive is filledwith amazing scenery.

Take a closer look at the area with the White Mountain Tour,beginning with the Mount Washington Auto Road, America’s oldestmanmade attraction. You can practically touch that history in theRed Barn Museum, which features many of the vehicles that haveclimbed to the summit through the years.

VVIISSAA AANNDD PPAASSSSPPOORRTTSSFor tours requiring visas, detailed visa information willbe provided. You are responsible for obtaining allvisas and entry documents. All passengers travelinginternationally are required to have a passport. Mostcountries require that the passport be valid for atleast six (6) months beyond the conclusion of yourtrip. Customs or immigration officials can, at theirown discretion, deny a passenger entry into theircountry. Though this is rare, EuroPanache LLCand/or its affiliates cannot be held responsible fordenied entry under any circumstances.

EEXXTTRRAASS NNOOTT IINNCCLLUUDDEEDDAir transportation to/from the point of origin/termi-nation of the tour, airport taxes and fees, porterageof more than one suitcase, passports, visas and vac-cinations, laundry, telephone, hotel mini bar, alco-hol and beverages and food unless stated other-wise, optional excursions, travel insurance, and allother items of a personal nature are not included inthe tour price.

SSAAFFEETTYYPlease be aware that during your participation intours operated by EuroPanache LLC, certain risks

and dangers may arise beyond our control includingbut not limited to, the hazards of traveling in under-developed areas, travel by boat, train, automobile,aircraft, helicopter or other means of transporta-tion, the forces of nature, terrorism, nuclear radia-tion due to nuclear power plant accidents or acts ofwar (declared or undeclared), biological or chemi-cal warfare, toxic spills, political unrest and acci-dent or illness in remote regions without means ofrapid evacuation or medical facilities. EuroPanacheLLC will not assume liability regarding provision ofmedical care or the adequacy of any care that maybe rendered.

RREESSPPOONNSSIIBBIILLIITTIIEESSEuroPanache, acts as an agent for services providedby other hoteliers and transport providers and cannotbe held liable for any damage, loss (including person-al injury, death, and property loss) or expense occa-sioned by any act or omission on their part. Baggageand personal effects are the passenger's own risk andit is the responsibility of the passenger to obtaininsurance against loss or damage. EuroPanache LLCis not responsible for activities travelers choose totake part in during free time. EuroPanache reservesthe right to correct any errors or omissions of infor-mation, prior to final payment being received byEuroPanache LLC.

JJUURRIISSDDIICCTTIIOONNThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed andinterpreted exclusively according to the laws of theState of New York. Any dispute between vacationplanner, travel agency and/or the Provider directlyor indirectly relating to the Terms and Conditionsshall be first submitted to mediation before a per-son mutually agreed to by the parties. If mediationis not successful, the dispute must be resolved bybinding arbitration under New York law before aJudicial Arbiter Group. The prevailing party shall beentitled to an award of costs and reasonable attor-ney’s fees. Arbitration against the Provider must becommenced within six months following the dateof tour completion. Neither the Provider nor anyaffiliate shall in any case be liable for other thancompensatory damages. The traveler hereby waivesany right to punitive damages.

AACCKKNNOOWWLLEEDDGGEEMMEENNTTThe traveler hereby acknowledges having read andunderstood all the provisions of this agreement, andagrees that by accepting reservations and vouchers,he will be bound by the Terms and Conditions setforth hereabove.
