Amendment procedures of the 1958 Agreement (Draft Revision 3) 1958 Agreement including its Appendix Art. 13 : Amendments to the Agreement and its Appendix 1 follow the usual procedure: - 1 CP transmit to the SG a proposal for amendments; - Amendments are considered as adopted 9 months after the notification by SG unless 1 CP oppose; - Amendments enter into force 3 months later. Art. 13: Amendments to the Agreement and its Appendix 1 follow the usual procedure: - 1 CP transmit to the SG a
