[1] Certificate Program on Heating,Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC-Designing)

by Prinston Smart Engineers-Bangalore.

HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is one of the key building blocks in modern

infrastructure; thus one of the highly demanded skill in the market today. HVAC’s applicability

has wide spectrum across - automobile, aerospace, electronic components, manufacturing and

construction. To further hone the skills of students, a 15 Training Program on HVAC Design

was organized in association with Prinston Smart Engineers, Bangalore branch.

The course content included Basic Components of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration

machines, different types of Air-Conditioning Systems, Study of Psychometric Charts, Load

Calculation, Air Distribution System (Duct design), Ventilation systems.

The training provided hands-on experience in HVAC designing and execution. It also

encompassed the opportunities in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing industry, variety of job

roles, and the nature of work for Mechanical Engineers.
