Fazna (local tourist)• Best to go early morning as they open, guess it's around 8.30-9am. Less crowded

then. From Nuwara eliya town need to turn to the Nanu oya Rd and then turn left to the Ambewela Rd. Horton Plains also on the same route. On the way you will have picturesque views. One might think is it actually Sri Lanka or New Zealand. Wind turbines can be seen on the way and the Kanda ela reservoir.First u will reach Ambewela farm which has no entry, only a Farm fresh restaurant. Travel further about 7km, you will reach Ambewela-New Zealand farm. However we can see only the afternoon milking process that too through viewing glass. There are a lot of cow dung on the path avoid stepping on them.No guide to explain the process, even at the cheese factory. There's a farm fresh restaurant inside too at the end of the path.Overall good experience for the kids.• Visited December 2016

• The owners of this property must live on another planet if they are satisfied with the appearance and condition of this farm. Serious upgrading and renovation is needed. The Cheese area is a con job and should be deleted ,the weeds around the public toilets and the condition of the toilets needs attention . If you are presenting this tourism product to the world then you have to spend your income on cleanliness and better presentation. I worked cattle for 17 years and I enjoyed looking at the dairy herd. You must upgrade this product ,get your staff motivated and get the culture right. The Minister for tourism in your country would have to be disappointed?• Visited October 2016

a Farm for Dairy (Ambewela Dairy Farm) with Hundreds of Cows, Calves. Farms are actually grazing fields for these cows. Temperature is low in September End with floating clouds on the chest of these Fields. Good place to visit once. You can enjoy Pure, fresh & hot milk & other dairy products at cafeteria.• Visited September 2016
