Process:I rst started by nding the images that I thought would go good in mybrochure, and I got a lot in order to have a few to choose from and to seewhich would work best. I then had to decide which fold I wanted to use,and chose to go with the o set fold. Then I started to work on it and beganwith the front, then the inside, and then lastly the back. I put everything
where I thought I wanted to be, and just placed text boxes as place holdersfor the time being. Then I worked on the body copy and gured out whatI wanted it to say. I had to work on the hiking image and took the sky outin order to have the text wrap around the girl. I ended up changing somethings around and put images in dierent places, added some images, andchanged the design a little bit. I went to Alphagraphics to have it printed, cut, and folded.

Process:I rst started with thinking of a company that I would want to create abusiness card and stationary for, and decided to just go with a made upcompany. I went with a travel company named Explore. I then got to workcreating a logo in InDesign. I liked the idea of using a compass as the logo, and tried to create one that was simple yet still interesting. I played aroundwith the size of it, then added the Explore title to it. I then added in thelines at the bottom and top of the page, as well as my information. I addedthe watermark-which is just the logo enlarged in the background- and thenhad to play with the opacity for a while before I found the right setting.Afterwards it was simple to create the business card by simply dragging thelogo and contact information over to the card.
