1“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For everything was created by Him, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities – all things have been created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:15-16 (HCSB)
As Galactic Starveyors, kids will search the skies and God’s word to uncover God’s truth etched in His handiwork. They will discover that the God who crated everything there is – the knowable and the unknowable, the visible and the invisible – wants a relationship with them!

Independence Day and Back to School will both occur this summer. Parents often celebrate both. But with all that summer brings, the Texas heat will come along as well. A co-worker of mine was just out sick for a day simply because he hadn’t been drinking enough water. We all know it’s important to stay hydrated even when we don’t feel thirsty. So often, especially when we have so many things in our lives competing for our time, we don’t realize that we are dehydrated spiritually. Just like physical dehydration, we often don’t feel spiritually thirsty, when in reality, we really are in need of a refreshing, spiritual drink of the living water. The lessons taught and the fellowship shared at the Sunday Morning Bible Study time at TNBC can help with the spiritual dehydration we all experience. We’ve got lots of ice-cold physical water in the fountains as well. Come join us. Dehydration is preventable and curable.

RA and GA Camp was GREAT!Thank you to everyone who supported the camp fund-raisers and/or gave to the scholarship fund. Your generosity will have an eternal effect on the children who were able to attend. Many thanks also to the RA and GA leaders and volunteers who spent the week at Camp Copass with the kids.
