Alzheimer’s – it’s a disease affects brain how people think and their behavior (it’s a type of Dementia – like a loss of brain funtion )

Most of the people who have alzheimer’s it just gets to them but the are some cases that it comes from genetics

Have strong social support

Do heaps of exercise

Get enough sleep

DON’T smoke drink or do drugs
