The genesis of our latest industrial lamp is fully in line with Lediko’s mission: “Improving lighting together.” From 2012, our engineers, in close cooperation with customers, create further modular industrial luminaires of ever-better param-eters and in versions for new typical and unusual applica-tions. Today, after 6 years of experience collection, we can present the best, fully configurable fixture for difficult and demanding industrial conditions. Discover the ALVA lamp.
Did you know that the luminaire is named ALVA in honour of the inventor of the bulb Thomas Alva Edison? We also liked the fact that the word ALVA has three letters referring in shape to the profiles from which the lamp is made.
ALVA is a universal luminaire. It works great in all industrial conditions. Engineers who designed the profiles of the lamp gave them shape of a triangle. Thanks to this dust, ashes or shavings do not settle on the luminaire, and the construc-tion itself is very solid and durable. The unique advantages of ALVA can be demonstrated in the environment of food production companies, where ease of cleaning and resist-ance to pollution (HACCP standards) are required. The same lamp shapes, ensure no dirt build up in heavy, wood or textile industries.

IP 65completely sealed casing, protected against dust and
powerful water jets
The lamp is low and takes up little space. The housing is light and slightly weights the ceiling of the building. The openwork design perfectly dissipates heat from the LEDs, which significantly extends their lifetime. We covered the aluminum beams with an anodised coating, which protects against corrosion and additionally protects the lamp from getting dirty.
LED diodes in ALVA are evenly distributed over a large area and are equipped with symmetrical reflectors to increase user comfort and reduce glare. The luminaire offers the possibility of individual selection of lenses and optical shades from different materials and with different
optical characteristics. Using the ALVA lamp, we are able to precisely meet standards and requirements depending on the needs of customers.
In ALVA, we have used a new generation of LED modules, in which the diodes are supplied with 50% of their maxi-mum current. Current lowered by half significantly extends the life of the LEDs and the time of use of the lamp. In a similar way, we care for the life of the power supply, which is separated by heat-insulating spacers from LED modules. The above solutions allow for many years of lamp proper operation while maintaining low electricity.

To assure long life during continuous operation in ambient temperatures Ta 55°C to 65°C, the light sources should be supplied with power not exceeding 40 W per light bar. When the ALVA luminaires are intended to operate in Ta > 50°C, the design should always be consulted with a Lediko representative. It is also possible to prepare the lamp for operation at a temperature of -40°C to +80°C (in version without a power supply unit in the casing).
