FINDINGS After studying the alumni portal we came to know

the following:

The sole purpose of every company is to destroy the other company by snatching their employees and bring back to their own

Not all the employees are the alumni only the people who are at good position at other companies are more precious alumni

Company try to manage these alumni without extending any cost to it by the way of social sites

RECOMMENDATIONS N CONCLUSION After having studied so many companies

portal we recommend the following…

Along with the social sites the companies should invite their ex-employees to the parties hold by the company which will definitely make them feel attached and make them loyal

The developing of alumni portal is must but along with the portal this should be open for those ex-employees who don’t have a access pin allotted by the company 42

CONT… Companies should allot some research work

to their alumni what they allot to their employees and by doing this their employee will be connected and at the same time work will be done with minimal cost

The alumni should not feel that they are the ex-employees therefore they should be rewarded and gifted at regular interval

After having studying the alumni framework of the above mentioned companies and their working and their managing the ex-employees, the way they make the employees feel at home, mix them with the present employees and extract the finest thoughts and ideas from them without making any extra cost into their capital therefore what we suggest the top three companies whose alumni framework is really very good therefore we suggest following from the study-

CONT… HTC is currently running a alumni portal but

that portal is open for those employees who have a access to the user id which is provided by the organization and the other ex-employees who wants to join the portal or wish to give their ideas cannot do that because of the user id there for learning from the apple HCL should also give a link where in any ex-employee could request for user id by giving his details in this way more and more workers will feel free to join the portal and this will encourage the idea of new thinking and new world all together.

alumni portal which is very well maintained by the company the portal has the full information of the company and the most interesting part is they have been showing the fond memories of the ex-employees and the present which makes their portal a different from others.
