Jenni Collard is an Aboriginal woman originally from Darwin, Northern Territory. She has cultural connections to both the Jawoyn-Wadaman groups in the Northern Territory, the Inginoo group in Cape York Queensland and the Torres Strait Islands.

Jenni has been working at the Department of Corrective Services as the Assistant Commissioner Rehabilitation and Reintegration since 2015, now heading her own Division as the Executive Director Offender Management since 2017.

Jody has over 25 years of experience in leadership, marketing and communications within the membership, government, small business and cultural sectors.

She has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (UWA) and studied a Bachelor of Arts, Arts Management at ECU.

In her current role, Jody’s focus is to ensure relevancy for the WA Membership of AICD and to support the learning and development journeys of aspiring and experienced Directors.

Morgen is a Director with 25 years of experience operating across Communications strategy, Brand strategy and activation, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer Marketing.

She commenced her career as a creative with advertising agencies, then moved into business management and marketing strategy after spending the early part of her career overseas.

Jason started his entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 12 and has been self-employed ever since.

He spent most of his working life building an eCommerce store supplying pet accessories to pet lovers worldwide. That business was sold in 2014 which prompted him to enrol at ECU to complete a Master of Business Administration.

She joined The Brand Agency in 2001, was offered partnership in 2004 and went on to help grow the business to become the highest performing company within the STW group.

Whilst a sought after marketer and communications strategist, Morgen’s passion is leading teams and organisations for business growth. She has a highly developed skill set in consumer behaviour, diagnostic consulting and organisational strategy and has been CEO at AusdayWA since January 2016.

Shortly after enrolling, he founded a marketing agency called The Equity Crowd. The mission being to reduce the rate of failure of small businesses and start-ups through smarter business practices. That business is thriving today and helps numerous businesses in competitive markets.

Sue Pember is a passionate entrepreneur who has a knack for finding opportunities everywhere she looks.

She is the founder of three companies; Aussie Orientation Services, Mi Casa Property Boutique and Aussie Au Pair Services. Aussie is an Australian owned and operated Global Mobility Consultancy company that specialises in relocation programs, cultural training and ongoing support to provide workers and their families a smooth transition to Australia.

In 2013 Sue was awarded WA Today Female Entrepreneur of the Year and recognised as one of the top 40 under 40, receiving the People’s Choice award.

She was also a WA region nominee for the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2015 Sue started Mi Casa Property Boutique - a successful residential sales and property management agency.

Sue is passionate about giving back to the community, and donates money to charity for every property sold or leased by Mi Casa. She is also sits on the Board of Parkerville Children & Youth Care. In 2016, Sue launched her third business Aussie Au Pair Services - a cost effective childcare solution, and was appointed WA Ambassador for the Female Entrepreneur organisation, Rare Birds.

Mark Connelly is an internationally experienced financial and commercial executive, with extensive resource industry experience in CEO and Managing Director roles.

He has experience with a number of multinational companies across many jurisdictions including Australia, North America, South America, Africa and Europe.

Mark is a Corporate Executive with a track record for deal-making, and was principally responsible for the merger of Papillon Resources and B2 Gold Corp in October 2014, as well as the key person responsible for Adamus Resources Limited and Endeavour Mining Merger in September 2011.
