The ALUcell’s fan unit, which is installed frontally outside the cabin, has two suction openings con-nected directly to the inside of the cabin. The Power Turbo unit’s structure is comprised of a single block of aluminium steel, and all the interior and exterior walls are soundproofed and made from fireproof material.

The ALUcell is a highly advanced aluminium processing cabin that, in addition to ensuring perfect pro-cessing with no risk of contamination, also guarantees a safe and healthy work environment for the op-erator. This is due to the fact that the unit is ventilated throughout the entire work cycle, and is equipped with a mobile arm for immediately extracting the localised gases generated by the cutting and welding operations before they can mix with the environment.

The internal suction openings, which are arranged vertically on the front wall of the cabin, have a to-tal area of 1 sq. m. and are even equipped with dust retention filters.

The cabin is equipped with an air intake filter on the ceiling at the rear of the cab (vehicle entry side), which allows clean air to enter by creating a longitudinal air flow all the way to the extraction vents at the front. The filter has a pivot-window frame that can be opened from inside the cabin for quick and easy replacements.

The control panel controls the lights, the blower unit, the localised extraction arm, the electrical in-terlock with the tools, and the aluminium process-ing equipment. The control panel guarantees that no aluminium processing can take place without the ventilation or localised extraction systems in function. The electrical panel is located at the rear of the ALUcell cabin, and contains the electrical components necessary for the cabin and the ac-cessories’ functionality.

The front vehicle entrance is closed off by means of a side-scrolling transparent PVC curtain.

The lateral emergency door has a steel frame and a tempered glass door which opens to the outside.

The cabin’s ceiling is equipped with 12 Powerlux IN3 Lights, for a total of 36 neon lamps. The unique and innovative Powerlux lamp was designed and developed by Symach, and offers far superior light-ing performance with respect to traditional light fixtures in terms of quality, quantity and colour. It is an innovative reflector that projects and concen-trates the beam of light on the vertical part of the vehicle, thus tripling the lighting performance of a conventional light fixture.

The centre of the cabin’s front wall houses a Box Multiservice utility column, which includes:Reel winder with compressed air hose.Reel winder with electrical wire.Power outlet.A nozzle and hose with an automatic reel winder for a sander.

Covertop and internal claddingThe ALUcab’s external cladding is comprised of ABS CoverTop panels fastened to the cabin’s structure using plastic clips, which can be opened and closed whenever required. The CoverTop panels are available in six different colours, which can even be mixed and matched. The cabin’s inner cladding is comprised of white PVC-lined sheet, which guar-antees brightness and cleanliness.
