initialisation and support of sustainable development under consideration of the relationship between the alpine core region and the fringes of the Alps

completeness of evaluation by NCP

compliance with the objectives of the programme and the contents of the programme complement

compliance with the council regulations of structural funds

compliance with other Community policies (competitive right, ...)

Project approval 3: Selection criteria

provide a transnational project partnership (at least 2 partners from different states participating)

have a Lead-partner, who is responsible for project management

comply with european and national spatial developement policy issues (ESDP etc.)

concentrate on transnational problems calling for transnational solutions

have quantified outputs and/or attainable targets

be completed within the programme period (before september 2008)

provide equal opportunities for men and women
