Equipment: Alpine Ski Package (Skis, Boots, and Poles) Rental Dates/Number: Spring Semester 2016 Discounted Cost*: 6 rentals= $102.60 *Cost does not include tax, late fees, dirty/damage fees,

or deposit. Discounted Cost*: WSU Class Rentals are a 10% discount off of the published student rate for WSU students who pre-pay for all class rentals only. We are only able to offer this exceptional deal by following certain guidelines and procedures. These are outlined below:

All reservations must be made prior to the first day of class.

Equipment rentals for the class may be picked up as early as 3:00 PM the day before.

Failure to pick up equipment by 2:00 PM on scheduled class date will terminate reservation.

Equipment must be returned before 5:45 PM on the class date, with the exception of Sunday classes.

Classes scheduled on Sundays must be picked up Saturdays by 3:00 PM and returned by 9:00am on Monday.

Equipment not returned by 6:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays class, or by 9am Monday will be charged an equipment late fee for each late day.

Contracts are non-transferable and non-refundable

A helmet and ski pant can be rented separately To reserve equipment: Your initial class reservations must be made in person. The first rental can take up to 30 minutes so please plan accordingly. Do not come on the first day of class! You will need to bring the following to the Outdoor Program when reserving a Class Rental:

A copy of your course schedule, so you can reserve the dates needed for upcoming classes. We will also hold a copy of this form for our records.

A form of Deposit (Credit Card). This will be held and not charged unless equipment is brought back late, dirty, damaged or not returned. The OP will not rent to you without a deposit and proper ID.

Your WSU student ID and number.

Form of payment (Cash, Check, Credit/Debit). All rentals must be paid in full at time of reservation.

During your reservation the OP staff will be fitting you with equipment, informing you of the OP Rental Polices, and creating contracts for every reservation date. This initial reservation will allow for a faster rental process on the actual dates reserved. On the Rental Day: OP staff will have your equipment ready for pick up as detailed on your reservation. You must present your ID to pick-up the equipment, NO Exceptions! You will be required to fill out a binding adjustment form each day you use the equipment.

Returning Your Equipment: Equipment must be returned on the day and time that is listed due on your contract. Late fees are assessed at 1.5 times the non-discounted rate per day. Changes to your Reservations: If a class is cancelled, re-scheduled or you change your plans you MUST contact the WRC to change your reservation. If you do not change your reservation with the OP prior to the reservation day we will consider your reservation valid, used, and non-refundable.
