The Alpha Tetra self-mounting system is a versatile spring-tension system for metal stencils with Alpha Tetra/DEK perforated edges. The stencil is mounted in the tension frame using a loading base/station. The tension of the stencil is maintained by a spring-tension system. The frame is released pneumatically.
The Alpha Tetra self-mounting system is also suitable for use together with VectorMountTM per-forated edge stencils, without the need for a compressed air connection in the stencil printer.
ModelsAlpha Tetra self-mounting systems are available in two standard sizes:
Special Alpha Tetra sizes and adaptor sets for numerous machine types are available onrequest.
