FL/ ITC Air Classifier

Working Principle

Performance Features

Air classifier works with cyclone separator, dust collector and suction fan to form a complete classifying system. Material would go from the bottom

part of air classifier up to the classifying chamber by the air flow from suction fan. The classifier wheel with high- speed rotation would create a strong

centrifugal force to separate coarse powder and fine powder. Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the cyclone separator or dust

collector, while coarse entraining fine powder would lose its speed and fall down along the wall of chamber to the inlet of secondary air. The secondary air

flow would disperse it further and separate coarse and fine powder. Fine powder would go up to the classifying chamber for further classifying, while coarse

powder would fall down and go out from the bottom outlet.

• Suitable for dry fine powder classifying, powder of ball shape, flake shape and needle shape, also powders with different densities.

• Product size from classifier can vary from d97:2micron. The product size is adjustable, which makes the change of product size easy and simple.

• Classifying efficiency (extraction rate) can be between 60% and 90%. Material with good flow- ability would have high classifying efficiency, otherwise

the classifying efficiency would be low.

• Vertical classifier wheel would have low rotation speed, low wear and low motor power.

• Horizontal classifier wheel would have high rotation speed and precise top cut.

• Several units of classifiers can be connected in series to produce several different sizes.

• It can be connected with ball mill, vibration mill or Raymond mill to form a close—loop recycling system.

• Control system has program controlling, can indicate real- time status, which make operation very convenient.

• Negative –pressure system. Dust emission would be less than 40mg/m3. Our machines have noise isolation

device which makes noise not higher than 75dB(A).

MQL Jet Mill

Working Principle

Jet mill works with cyclone separator , dust collector and suction fan to form a complete classifying system. Compressed air flow after filtration and

drying would go into milling chamber from nozzles and meet in the center area, where material would be impacted, ground and sheared. Millied powder would

go up to the classifying chamber by the air flow from suction fan, The classifier wheel with high- speed rotation would create a strong centrifugal force to

separate coarse powder and fine powder. Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the cyclone separator or dust collector , while

coarse powder would fall down to the milling chamber to be milled again.

Performance Features

• Suitable for various dry powder milling of Moh' s hardness <9, especially good for materials with high hardness, high purity and high added value.

• Product size can vary from d97: 2micron. Good particle shape, narrow particle size distribution.

• Low temperature milling with no grinding media, especially good for material with heat sensitiveness and low melting point, high sugar content and

highly volatile.

• Powder milling is done by particles impacting each other, different from impact mill which impacts materials by blades or hammers and wear quickly. Good

product purity.

• It can be connected with several units of classifiers in series to produce several different sizes at one time.

• It is easy to dismantle and clean. Inner wall smooth and no dead angle.

• Close milling system, few dust emission, low noise, clean in production.

• Control system uses program controlling which operate easily and simply .

CSM Classifier Mill

Working Principle

Material would be conveyed by feeding system evenly to milling chamber and would be impacted by high- speed rotating beater and also under the

centrifugal force, it would impact the grinding track. By several different pulverization powers, the material would be milled into fine powder. The milled powder

would go with air flow up to the classifying chamber. With the help of adjustable classifier wheel, coarse powder and fine powder would be separated.

Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the cyclone separator or dust collector, coarse power will go back to milling zone for further

milling.

Performance Features

• Milling and classifying in one system. Required Product size achieved by the adjustment of classifier wheel.

• Compact structure, small space occupation, low installation power, wide application and high performance coast.

• Different beater design, pin shape, hammer shape and tooth shape for different materials. High milling efficiency.

RTM Turbo Mill

Working Principle

Material Would be conveyed by the feeding device into milling chamber evenly and be impacted by high-speed rotor. The rotor consists of several sections of

discs and several blades. Material would be sheared, impacted and rubbed into powder. Qualified fine powder would go with air flow into product collector

while coarse powder would go back to milling chamber for further milling.

Performance Features

• Cone rotor and cone stator. Product size and production capacity would be controlled by the adjustment of gap between beater and stator.

• Rotor made of special wear-resistant steel . Very high liner speed. Even and fully milled.

ULM Turbo Mill Much Finer, More Professional

Working Principle

MZ Vibration Mill

Working Principle

With the high- speed vibrator or vibration motor, the grinding media(pins, cylpebs or balls)would vibrate with high frequency, high-speed rotating and slow

revolving which would impact, rub and shear materials around them and make the into fine powder and mix them evenly.

Performance Features

• Suitable for micron meter size grinding of various hard and soft materials of Moh' s hardness<9.

• Product size can be adjusted by feeding volume, grinding media, vibration amplitude. With the help of air classifier, this mill can produce finer powder with

narrow particle size distribution.

• Grinding media and liner are made of high-Mn steel or high-Cr or stainless steel or alumina or zircon oxide or quartz which is wear-resistant and

produce less dust emission.

• Water cooling solution or forced cooling solution to grind heat- sensitive material with low melting point .

• Can be use for mixing ,surface coating and activating etc.

• Design up to GMP standards is available for factories and laboratories in pharmacy, herb production, food production and health care production.

• Air spring or rubber spring takes place of hard spring which have long lifetime and better vibration and noise absorption.

Summary

The materials e.g. rare –earth polishing powder/ Fluorescent material/ Super purity silica material have high requirement for metallic impurity. It need the

protection grade that can attain higher level. The contacting parts for metal can be protected by ceramic, but for the products with higher requirements, it need

special protection processing.

Characteristics of Our Ball Mill

• Design up to the requirement of filter mineral processing in Germany, different from traditional cement ball mill and metallurgical mill.

• Length- to- diameter factor of ball mill is optimized, to avoid over grinding and achieve the best grinding effect.

• Outlet part discharge powder fluently, no dilating and not necessary to cool the tube.

• Material discharge from outlet is fluent no swelling of mill chamber, no need to cool the mill chamber.

• Grinding media chosen for production of different fineness.

• Grinding agent added for ultrafine powder production to improve grinding efficiency

• Perfect match between drive station and energy consumption of grinding , energy saving is to the fullest extent possible.

• Forming a closed system with air classifier, no dust emission because of negative- pressure powder conveying.

Process characteristics of Ball Mill Classifying Production Line

• Process directly from IVA Germany and is up to international standard of non-metallic mineral processing line.

• Process flow includes crushing (normally 2 stages of crushing) milling, classifying, packing, silos, conveying , bucket elevator etc. Ball mill connected with

several classifiers in series or in parallel to produce several sizes of product. Ball mill and air classifier is in a closed- loop system.

• The choice of ball mill depends on mineral hardness, grind-ability, fineness target and production capacity. The shape of liner and recipe of grinding media are

made on the base of our years of engineering experience to improve milling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

• The choice of air classifier depends on product fineness target. FW classifier is good for production of fine powder from d97:3micron to 20micron , FL classifier is

good for production of fine powder from d97:8micron to 45micron and each type of classifier can be adjusted for wide production requirement and

market demand.

• When one production line is required to produce several products, we use several classifiers in series to otimized combination of coarse powder and fine powder

production to ensure lowest energy consumption, most easy adjustment of particle size distribution and to restrict over grinding in ball mill.

• We can design different plant structure and plant layout according to customers investment plant and offer most cost effective system . For example we use

multi- layer workshop for production capacity bigger than 20000 tons a year and use pneumatic conveyor for material conveying and pack product by automatic

packing machine with palletizing system.

• For environment protection, we use special design, minimize noise level by noise absorption and flexible connection and minimize dust emission by best quality

filter

• Our control system uses program controller to control the whole production process from feeding silo, grinding and classifying to product packing.

• We can offer service like mineral beneficiation, surface coating, pelletizing, modification of existing plant .

High-speed Mixer + Classifier (Or Mixer) Process

Process Features

• Process: raw material would be dosed into high-speed mixer or continuous coating machine, mixed and heated (moisture<0.3%).

Coating agent would be added in liquid or after atomization. The material and coating agent get mixed in high –speed mixing. Coated powder would be sent

to classifier to remove big particles.

• The choice of coating agent and dosage depend on product character , fineness (or specific surface area)and product application. For Example of kaolin ,

for 20-45micron powder, the dosage should be 0.3%-0.5%; for 5-20micron powder, the dosage should be 0.5%-0.8% ; for 2-5micron powder , the dosage

should be 0.8%-1.0%.

• The temperature and time of coating is adjustable and recipe can be applied in wide cases.

• In high –speed movement, material would be heated and coated with coating agent which make material heated evenly and also improve coating rate. The

dosage of coating agent reduced and coating cost reduce.

• Classifier connected with coating machine can remove aggregate from coating effectively and improve coated product quality and ensure performance of

coated product.

• The inside of machine would be protected for wear resistance which improve life time and also ensure purity .

Calcined kaolin ,GCC, quartz powder, talc, wollastonite, PCC , white carbon black, alumina ,magesite, magnesium hydroxide etc.

RLMRoller Mill

Working Principle

Transmission device connects with main shaft. The top of shaft connects with rotor structure. The rotor structure has peripheral shaft. Peripheral shaft

is installed with roller. When the main shaft starts to rotate, peripheral shaft rotates too, which would make the rollers revolve around main shaft and also rotate

round peripheral shaft .The roller would create strong centrifugal force during the rotation and revolving and grind material with stator. The ground material

would fall down to the distribution plate . The distribution plate and the main shaft would rotate at the same time and bring material to the round ring, under

negative pressure, it would go along the distribution ring to the classifier chamber. Qualified fine powder would go through the classifier wheel and into the

collector, while coarse powder would fall down back to the milling chamber for further grinding .
