The Aloha State Chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), is excited to return to Mid-Pacific Country Club on Monday, October 28nd for our annual Scholarship Golf Tournament and TASTE OF CLUBS - a gastronomic fare of foods from Hawaii’s private club chefs.

This event brings together golfers and foodies through an exceptional culinary-athletic experience. The day begins on the course with a limited field of players competing in a three person team scramble. Registration will open at 10:00 AM with lunch served “On the Green” prior to the shotgun start at 11:30 AM. This year we have partnered with Olu Kai whose staff will be on site doing custom fittings. Every participant in the tournament will receive this exclusive tee gift from Olu Kai ($200 value) and attendance to the TASTE OF CLUBS which will be an unforgettable culinary experience.

The elaborate TASTE OF CLUBS features Hawaii’s top chefs from our private clubs and an extensive selection of wines and spirits. The master chefs from Waialae Country Club, Oahu Country Club, Mid-Pacific Country Club, The Pacific Club, Outrigger Canoe Club, Hokalei Country Club, the Kailua Racquet Club and Hualālai Club, will create a gastronomic fare of their club’s signature favorites. We will also have live entertainment from Na Hoku Hanohano award winner Kawika Kahiapo, prizes and a selection of vintage wines and spirits to sample throughout the evening. Throughout the evening, guests will vote on the best dishes and at the end of the night the chef with the best dish we will be crowned “Master of Taste”.

We will end the evening by awarding scholarships to our university student chapters and staff from various Clubs who aspire to become the future leaders in the World of Club. Over the last ten years the CMAA Aloha State Chapter has awarded $60,000 in financial education scholarships thanks to generous contributions from people like you.

For our non-golfers our SOMMELIER Foodie sponsorship offers four (4) tickets to those who choose to attend only the dinner portion of TASTE OF CLUBS. This event is the highlight of the Club world every year and space is limited.
