• Brand was created by William Hollins & Co. in 1744.

• Nottingham, England.• 1990, the brand was taken

over by Madura Garments which launched it in India in 1993.

Brand targets the section young consumers who want to create their own world & style apart from 40+.

Brand broke the rules of formal workplace dressing.

Introduced Friday-Dressing. Launched a collection of

shirts and trousers called 'The Uncrushables' – a wrinkle-free garment.

Sub-brand Allen Solly Junior,( 4 years to 12 years)

Launched Women’s Formal Wear in 2001 & latter brought casual chic collection for women.
