PITCHESFrom the season 2018, the consultation of our destinations will be possible through our web-site www.campingtravelclub.com.

- As long as your balance is high enough to pay your stay: go directly to the campsite after ha-ving previously checked the campsites ‘dates of acceptance. Your nightly credits needed for your stay will be debited on the spot.

- If your balance is not enough to pay the whole trip: We invite you to re� ll your card through our web site www.campingtravelclub.com or to contact our customer service center: 0033 3 85 72 29 90.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION- Booking is compulsory, to do it so, please check our network campsites on our website:

www.canvasholidays.com- The payment of your stay will be done by credit card or any other means of payment accepted

What happen with your loyalty points?• You have used your card during the last 12 months:You have up to the 31.12.2018 to transform them in euros following the applicable scale concerning the loyalty program. Subject, of course, that your points are still valid on the date of your enquiry.The loyalty points transformed in euros are non-refundable.

• You did not had any activities on your account since 12 monthsYour loyalty points will be cleared down to zero.

• In 2018, the point’s accumulation will not take place.

What will happen with your nightly credits?

Your digital nightly credits keep their validity following their purchase date :• 2 calendar years : from the purchase date of your credits on your SILVER Card• 4 calendar years : from the purchase date of your credits on your GOLD Card

You can use them in our campsites network’s Camping Travel Club. You can control the validity of your units on our website “www.campingtravelclub”, then “My account”.

Particular case: you still have paper units, which expired on the 31.12.2017Exceptionally and only for the paper units having expired on the 31.12.17, you will be able to use them in our campsites ’network up to the 31/12/2018.

• Novelty 2018: all nightly credits re� lled in 2018 will be valid for 2 calendar year, as to say, up to 31/12/2019.
