4. Your Wedding Stationery Schedule



6-12 Months before the Big Day…

• Send out your Save The Date cards

• Find a good wedding stationer

• Start choosing your invitations, RSVP’s, Order of Service, Menus and Thank You Cards

• Start collecting information on local accommodation and directions to the venue for your guests





• Confirm wordings with your venue for all your wedding stationery including Order of Service and Menus.

• Allow at least a week for the typesetting and proofing.

• You may need to check your order of service wording with the person taking the ceremony.

• Order your Table Cards, Place Cards and Table Plan

• Send out your invitations. Ideally set your RSVP date to 2 months prior to the wedding date.





• Chase up all unanswered invitations

• Draw up final guest list and confirm seating arrangements for Table Plan

• Decide on Table names if you are having Table Cards printed

• If guests begin buying gifts from your gift list then make a start on your Thank You cards.

• Write your place cards
