冷たいそばの食べ方
1. Please add yakumi condiments in the sobatsuyu dipping sauce.as you like. The main yakumi are green onions, wasabi, togarashi“chill pepper”,
toasted sesame seeds, and karashi “mustard”. Karashi is the most popular condiment in this region.
薬味を好みでつゆの中に入れてください。
主なものに、ねぎ、わさび、唐辛子、ゴマ、からしなどがあります。
この地域ではからしが薬味として使われます。
2. Dip a small portion of soba noodles in the sobatsuyu dipping sauce. It is ok to make a little noise as you gulp down the noodles.
This is the Japanese way of eating soba.
そばを箸で取って、つゆの中に入れて食べます。
音を立てて一気に食べるのが日本流です。
3.After you’ve finished eating, pour some soba-yu into your dipping cup and drink it along with
the remainder of the sauce.
