Pick your tournament!!!?

Contact your Chapter Director

if you don't know!

ONLINE TEAM REGISTRATION

For this example we are registering for

Girls Sectional. You may be registering under a different tournament.

CLICK ON "REGISTER HERE" to register for the tournament.

Fill in your information.

NOTE: You do not have to fill in the

Alt. Contact, Team Roster and Pictures are no required here.

When you are done, click the:

"NEXT" Button

Enter your initials if you agree to the terms

and press the "OK" button.

Click "Save" to continue

You are now registered

for the tournament.

Payment is due!

Pay Here Button!

DO NOT PAY IF YOUR CHAPTER IS PAYING FOR YOUR TEAM

Next... Team Player Certification is now required.

Go to: http://www.teamcertification.com (click the link above to begin your team player certification)

Team Player Certification: You will need: 1) TEAM PHOTO, INDIVIDUAL PLAYER PHOTOS, PARENT EMAIL.

Go to: www.teamcertification.com

and click "Register Now"

Fill out Head Coach information.

When you are done, Click "Submit"

Click "Click Here" to continue

You are now registered as a

Head Coach,

Now login with your email and password that just created

Once you are logged in, you will be at the Coach Dashboard Add your team by clicking on the "Add New Team" button

Fill in the information for your team and click "Submit" NOTE: PLEASE PLACE CHAPTER

NAME AND TEAM NAME AND ADD

THE GENDER/GRADE.

Example: "Anaheim Avengers Boys 5" --------------- UPLOAD TEAM PHOTO HERE! Please note: team photos must be smaller than 2.5MB in filesize. You may need to shrink your picture file size in order to upload your team photo. Your filename must not include special characters. (example: #$%& or spaces) Below, is the link to a website that can take your picture and shrink the file size to its required size: http://www.jpegmini.com/main/shrink_photo (note: we are not responsible for the contents of this external website, you are to use it at your own risk)

Click "Add New Player" button to build your team roster

Click on "Submit" when you have all the required information. ----------- UPLOAD PLAYER PHOTO! Please note: player photos must be smaller than 2.5MB in filesize. You may need to shrink your picture file size in order to upload your team photo. We recommend you process all your player

photos prior to entering your player info. Your filename must not include special characters. Your first player is now added. Add another player by clicking on the "Add New Player" button. Once your full roster is completed: Click "Register for a Tournament" button to continue

TOURNAMENT "View/Register" LINK

Click and select your All Star team.

Click all your all-star players that you want your Sectional Director to certify. NOTE: Once you click on "Submit", The player roster will be frozen and will be available for your Sectional Director to certify players. Contact your sectional director with any questions.

OPTIONAL To register a second team you are coaching, Click on the " + " green button. This will appear on the top of the page

Below is a list to you must have for team certification: 1) Verify your team(s) is registered. To see which team is registered: click on "View Registered Teams" button. (you may need to scroll right to see that button) 2) Verify that you uploaded a team photo for each team - click "Manage Teams" on the top, and click on the calendar icon under the Actions Column to see if you have uploaded your team photo correctly. 3) Verify that you uploaded individual player photo for all your players - Click "Manage Teams" on the top. You should see the player photo next to their name. If not, click on the calendar icon under the Action column for that player. You are done with team certification when you have a team photo, and all individual player photos. 4) Make sure you are pay your fee You should received an email that will have the payment link. If not, you would need to go back to the tournament that you registered for and click on the red "Pay Fee" button.

You can also call NJB at 714-765-6567, and we can take your Credit Card payment over the phone. Please be sure to mention which all-star tournament you registered for.

Final Notes:

Please remember to bring all your player documents to your Sectional Director for final certification. If you do not know what to bring, Please ask your Chapter Director. ----------------------------------- Contact Your Sectional Director: • They will not know technical questions regarding the registration process. They are to certify your team only. If you have any issues regarding certifying, they can help you. otherwise please contact your Chapter Director. • If you do not know which All-Star Tournament to choose from, Please ask your Chapter Director for suggestion. • If you are having technical issues with your browser. Use another one. We recommend using either Firefox or Chrome. We discourage using Internet Explorer. • If you are have issues registering, please contact your Chapter Director or Sectional Director. • If you are having problems uploading your photos. Please refer to the uploading step on this guide. An external website is provided so you can shrink your photos. • Please do your certification ASAP. • Please do not wait until the last minute to certify or register. • There is a late fee associated if you are certifying late. • Do not assume! Ask your Chapter Director if you have any questions!
