The start of the 2013 world series has been a nail bit-ter . It has been a very high scoring series with the big green wall at Fen-way Park. Game 1: St. Louis Cardinals @ Boston Red Sox. Results of Game 1: Red Sox win 8-1 . The Red Sox won do to the homerun from David Ortiz and the pitching from Jon Lester with his seven shutout innings. Game 2: St. Louis
Cardinals @ Boston Red Sox Results of Game 2: Cardinals win 4-2 . The Cardinals won because of the he-roic hitting and defense of Carlos Beltran.
Game 3: Boston Red Sox @ St. Lou-is Cardinals Results of Game
Last Saturday was one to remember when Number 1 Alabama met Number 4 Auburn. The game was a back and forth battle with Auburn scoring first and soon after Alabama . The game was going to its final quar-ter with the score 21-21. Just when Auburn thought they were getting Ala-bama trapped at its own one yard line quarterback A.J Maccron threw a short pass to his wide receiver
Amari Cooper who took it 99 yards for the touchdown and gave Alabama the lead. Then the madness started After a few missed field goals by the Alabama's kicker Auburn got the ball back with 2:00 left it looked like Alabama was going to win again and go to the BCS championship yet again. But then Auburn was making a drive and it looked like just an ordinary run play
when suddenly Auburn quar-terback Nick Marshall threw a touchdown with 32 seconds left on the
clock. So then Alabama got the ball back and was making a drive but then the clock ran out. But Ala-bama challenged it and there was a second on the clock. So Alabama was going for a field goal at-tempt. It looked like it was good but It was just short and Chris Davis was going to get a chance to return it and a good one to because there was only lineman on the field and Chris Davis did the impossible and returned it over 100 yards.

Ian Kinsler in Detroit
Ian Kinsler played in Texas for 8
years. From 2006-2013 he has
been a great help to his speed,
defense and his hitting. You
would not think he is much of a
power hitter but he produced 32
homeruns in 2011 when they
appeared in the World series and
lost to the San Francisco Giants. I
personally think that Ian Kinsler
will be a great addition to the
Tigers and I would expect the
Tigers to be a top team in the
2014-2015 season but the question
is can Ian Kinsler become more
destructive with Miguel Cabrera
then Prince Fielder was?
Prince Fielder, the 9 year veteran,
was traded to the Texas Rangers
Friday, November 22 for Ian
Kinsler, the 8 year veteran.
Prince Fielder has always been a
power hitter, averaging around
32 homeruns per season, but will
the Rangers make up for Ian
Kinsler’s great speed and defense.
In 2007, Prince Fielder had a
blow out season with 50
homeruns and 119 runs batted in
for the Milwaukee Brewers. In
2011-2012 season, Prince got
traded to the Detroit Tigers and
produced a dynamic duo with
Miguel Cabrera.
