What are you looking forward to

in 2014? I am really looking forward

to continued growth in our boutique

business at Coast Front Realty. My beliefs

are all about a positive experience for

our customers when it comes to selling

or buying real estate in our region and

enjoying continued relationships well after

the “SOLD” sign goes up on the home!

Where do you go to for inspiration and

new ideas? I have always believed

that you should be a “student

for life” and be inspired by

AMAZING people with a

passion and vision for life.

I value the importance

of mentors in my life

and have wonderful

relationships with business

people in this region, which

has motivated me to always

continue to improve my craft and

excel in my industry.

What have been some of the

initiatives put into place to get your

business where it is today? I truly believe

the success of our boutique business is in

the power of our relationships we have

with our clients. When I started in the

real estate business it was my focus and

belief that I could make a difference in the

way people were treated when it came to

their real estate experience, and to ensure

that I made a positive impression and

relationship with everyone I came in contact

with. At Coast Front Realty it is not about

volume in our transactions, however more

importantly about the quality of our results

& relationships which ensure a high “word

of mouth” referral business. Commitment,

creativity, innovation, honesty and integrity

are some of the key values that have led to

our business success at Coast Front Realty.

Best thing about living and working in

a coastal/regional area? Since my family

and I relocated 4 years ago to this

beautiful region, we have all

enjoyed wonderful sense of

“community” & appreciate

the natural beauty of our

pristine region and people

that now make this place

“home”.

Aside from your

what community initiatives/

charities or groups is your

business affiliated with?

My strong community involvement with

a wide variety of organisations such as

Rotary Sunrise (Youth Director), Hastings

Business Womens Network, Port Macquarie

Chamber of Commerce, Hastings Business

Enterprise Network and charities such as

Hope Shop, Salvation Army and Hastings

Cancer Trust has led to a great sense of

achievement in raising much needed funds

for these worthy causes. I truly believe in

"giving back" to our community that I love

and live in.
