Thank YOU for buying this album! Without you, theres no me, so thank you for appreciating my music and spending your hard earned money on it! I hope this

album ends up meaning as much to you as it does to me. There are stories on this album, some are my true-life experiences, others are fantasy, but every

bit is me. I write music from my heart and I sing from my soul. Music is my life. For those that dont know, I have been writing and recording and touring for

7 years. In that time I have been through a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences, from the lows of parting with a major label that didnt believe in me,

to the highs of being with a label (CMR) that does. In my experiences of traveling the world, I have noticed that there are a few things that transcend all

barriers. Two of them are of course, music and love, and I like to put the two together. All or Nothing describes my attitude towards life. I laugh hard, I play

hard, I work hard and I love with everything thats in me. I think that anything worth doing, is worth doing properly. So I always give my all to something Im
