In an effort to provide you with a higher level of care, and with your feedback, we have partnered with Medsafe to offer you quality work boots at discounted prices. You will order your boots directly from Medsafe. There are currently two ways you can place your order:

1. Call Medsafe’s Customer Service team at 800-330-9240. You can reach them Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST.

2. Complete the initial order form, located on our website, then email the completed form to Medsafe at CMSupport@gosafe.com. Medsafe’s Customer Service team will call you to finalize your order.

Medsafe requires payment when you place your order. All orders will be shipped to the Chalk Mountain yard you designate. We will soon have the option to order directly from the Medsafe website!
