Browns Socialhouse is a premium casual dining restaurant / pub hybrid model, and the first restaurant brand that was created for the BRG portfolio. It was designed to be franchised and to work as the template for future brands. The “small footprint” business model brings efficiencies and enhancements that “big box casual” simply cannot match.

We have registered and trademarked the name “Socialhouse”. We own it. No one else can use it. Socializing has become available to people who formerly would have avoided a “pub” or didn’t want to have to hit a high end restaurant for a great meal.

Speaking to the success and acceptance of this fresh idea, there are now over 60 locations across Western Canada and several dozen under development agreements. We are now entering the Ontario market and expect this to generate a large number of locations as the opportunity becomes a reality..

Food StyleOur approach to food is a mix of West Coast comfort food and approachable high quality internationally influenced cuisine, while ensuring the traditional palate will be pleased with our take on North American-styled burgers and appies. We innovate based on current trends and market opportunities. Menu updates roll out throughout the yearas we introduce new dishes and tastes for those seeking new experiences and seasonal changes. Although the menu is ever-changing, popular dishes amongst our guests include the Dynamite Roll, Dragon Bowl and Pub Burger just to name a few.

CocktailsInteresting, refreshing and affordable drinks are an important component of all of our brands conceptual signature(s) and having the ability to offer unique, high-quality beverages is central to our business plan. We have built relationships with local, regional, national and international beverage suppliers to ensure a great selection of value-conscious options are available for our guests.
