appearing can appear in this Talent Search Test Examination.

correctly and neatly. After filling this form send it to our Office address by speed post or

courier, not by general Post.

Send the filled application form along with examination fee of J 300 through a demand

draft in favour of "Future Career guidance (P) Ltd." Payable at Patna. Candidates can

download the form by our website (www. fcg.org.in) also.

Those Candidates who will fill the form by website has to send. the examination fee of

J 400 through a demand draft only in favour of Future Career Guidance (P) Ltd.

Admit Card will be sent by post to the candidates one week before of examination or can

2. Five minutes before the commencement of the paper, the candidate will be asked to

open/break the seal of the Test Booklet. He/ She will take out the Answer Sheet

carefully.

3. Candidate should bring his/her own Blue/Black Ball Pens of GOOD quality.

4. Candidates should take their seat immediately after Opening the examination hall.

5. Candidates are not allowed to carry any calculators, Slide Electronic Watches with

facilities of Calculator, bits of papers. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited.

6. During the examination time, the invigilator will check Admit Card of the candidate

to satisfy himself/herself about the identity of each candidate. The invigilator will

also put his/her signature in place provided in the answer sheet on side-1.

The examination hall will be opened before 30 minutes of the exam.
