received (not postmarked) by March 4, 2016. A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed.

Cancellations received after March 4, 2016 will not be refunded, nor will no-shows.

Previouslyidentifiedsubstitutesarewelcomewithoutpenalty.Pleaseallowupto3

weeks after the conference for any refunds.

NANT reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances, in

which case a full refund will be given to participants. NANT will not be responsible for

travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the program is

cancelled. NANT shall assume no liability (other than refund stated above) whatsoever

in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous

act, Act of God, unforeseen circumstance or any other event that renders performance

Conference Details

The National Association of Neonatal Therapists agree to refund 50% of the booth fee

for cancellation in writing only if all booth spaces are sold and there is another Sponsor

willing to buy the space(s). No refund will be given if the booth remains unoccupied or

if the space is cancelled within 90 days of the Conference.

SPONSOR CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the policy of the National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) to respond to

customer complaints, disputes and issues swiftly and to take each complaint seriously.

NANT promotes a quick, decisive and accurate response to all inquiries, questions and

concerns brought to our attention.

Allcomplaintsmustbefiledinwriting(emailorhandwritten)andsenttotheNANT

Customer Support Specialist, Laura Dempsey, at this email.

The NANT Customer Support Specialist is responsible for responding within 72 hours

M-F to written complaints. She will draft responses to customers/members and the

Director of Operations will be cross copied on all responses. NANT will keep a central

fileofcomplaintsandresponsesforoneyearfromtheregisteredcomplaint.

Any complaints not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer/member will be dealt

with by the Director of Operations, Brenda Violette within 24 hours M-F.
