THE DOUBLETREE HOTEL PHILADELPHIA takes great pride in serving elegant cuisine from around the world. We also offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event.

All food and beverage served in the hotel is to be provided by the hotel. The hotel requires one menu for all guests. Dietary substitutes can be made available upon prior request. All prices are subject to 20% service charge and 7% tax. All alcoholic beverages are subject to 10% city liquor tax.

GUARANTEESA guaranteed number of guests will be requested 72 hours in advance of the function. Guarantees are final and not subject to reduction. You will be billed for the guaranteed number or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

MENU SELECTIONSIn arranging for private functions your menu selections, as well as beverage requirements should be forwarded to the appropriate sales manager no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event.

LABOR CHARGESA labor charge of $50.00 will be charged for coffee and/or soda breaks of groups under 25 people. A $75.00 labor charge will be assessed for any meal function under 20 persons. (Other labor fees incurred when services are rendered.) Chef attendant fees are charged where applicable. Bartender fees are incurred on all bars.

AUDIO VISUALThe hotel can provide audio/visual equipment to handle the simplest or the most complex audio/visual requirements. Additional electrical power is available for most function rooms. Charges are based on equipment, labor and actual power drawn.

HSIAThe hotel can provide high speed internet access in all meeting rooms. There is a daily charge of $100.00 per line / per day.

COATROOM ATTENDANTThe hotel can provide you with a coatroom attendant for any event for an additional fee

PARKINGFor your guests’ convenience there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Special arrangement may be made for host-paid parking through your sales manager. The garage is owned and operated by PARK AMERICA, INC.

SECURITYThe hotel shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to or following a banquet or meeting. Arrangement may be made for security of exhibits, merchandise or articles set up for display prior to the planned event, through the hotel at an appropriate charge.

BILLINGA deposit is required to hold any function space. Full payment shall be made prior to the day of function, unless credit has been established. All social functions are required to be paid 72 hours in advance with certified funds.

MISCELLANEOUSWe will be more than happy to assist you in arranging for special food and beverage packages, theme parties, special decorations, entertainment, floral arrangements and staging requirements. Call your Sales Manager for the utmost in services.
