Suresh Visvanathan (Founder) : An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and a gold medallist in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University has a rich history of starting up new product lines. He resigned as the head of Sales of Marketing, Asian Paints Ltd. to found Alkemi Décor.

Jitendra P Thitme (Co-Founder) : Jitendra (aka Jitu), a "fine art" alumnus of the prestigious JJ School of Arts has been involved in the field of art and design for over 16 years. He has worked in numerous creative assignments across various mediums and formats. His yen for reaching art to the masses led him to quit as the Creative Head for Systime Computers Ltd and co-found the company.

Imran Khan (Sales & More) : Imran, in his 8 year job experience spanning channel sales, key account management, institutional sales & business development has surpassed every milestone set, each year, every year. For this MBA from Pune University the quest for challenge and the verdant selling opportunity of the Alkemi product range made him resign as the Key Account Manager from ECOLAB Food Safety and Hygiene Chemicals Ltd and join the company.
