Qualifications  and  accreditations  

Advanced  Certificate  in  Executive  Coaching,  accredited  at  masters’  level  by  Bristol  Business  School  and  at  level  7  by  the  Institute  of  Leadership  and  Management.    This  qualification  included  a  masters’  level  research  study  into  the  role  of  coaching  in  leadership  development.  

NLP  Practitioner,  accredited  by  the  Association  of  NLP.  

Full  member  of  the  Association  of  Coaching,  and  accredited  under  their  Executive  Coach  accreditation  scheme.    I  abide  by  their  code  of  ethics.    

CPD  

I  read  widely  in  academic  and  practice-­‐based  texts  around  leadership  and  coaching.    I  invest  in  extensive  CPD  to  maintain  the  highest  possible  standards  in  my  work.    Recent  and  planned  CPD  includes:  

•   Clean  coaching  and  emergent  knowledge  –  working  towards  accreditation  as  a  clean  facilitator

 Supervision  

I  attend  regular  supervision  with  Melody  Cheal  to  hone  my  professional  practice  as  a  coach  and  ensure  that  I  provide  the  best  possible  service  for  my  clients.  

 Insurance  I  hold  appropriate  public  liability  and  professional  indemnity  insurances.
