Our Goals
• Highlight issues affecting library workers throughout Ontario
• Communicate bargaining climate to library locals
• Co-ordinate a yearly conference for CUPE library workers
• Develop Campaigns to support library workers in Ontario
Campaign Background
• Need for Advocacy Campaign
– Library Motion at 2010/2011/2012 Conferences
• Postcard Campaign in 2011
– Needed more positivity
– Needed to focus less on issues
– Some locals wary of being seen as protesting
