As you can See, the Letter is SEALED and REMAINED SEALED and was Put Back INTO the Canada Post Mail

System. So the Canada Post Mail Investigators are NOW OBLIGATED in accord with the Constitution of the

Universal Postal Union( Berne , Switerland) to Question the Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta( Province of

Alberta REGISTERED in Washington D.C. and Publicly Traded on Dunn & Bradstreet) as to WHY and HOW this

letter got into the mail system and WHY it was put into another envelope WITHOUT a Return Address?

where it was sealed? What was the purpose? Was there a Reason? WHY would the back be marked ( mensa

reus, actus reus) but NO Return Address on the Back of the Envelope? ( pre-meditated and willful intent to

use the Canada Post mail system for fraudulent, Unlawful & illegal correspondence).

Alberta's justice minister, Jonathan Denis, declined to comment on the matter because it is before the courts.

However, he did say that people should be careful about what they post on any social media platform.

"The laws regarding threats or intimidation, any criminal activity of course, that still applies on Facebook,"

Denis says. "It doesn't matter what age you may be, the same basic rules should apply on Facebook."

"You're also responsible for you own actions." – So this means that the Alberta Justice & Solicitor General is
