Albert Garibaldi’s personal and pro -fessional life runs like a well-oiledmachine, to say the least. “Some salespeople are ruthless. Theysell people what they want to sellthem. I only sell people what theywant and need, and I have thecourage to ask the tough questions, sothat I can get to the truth,” he says.“Once I can get to the truth, then I canlead buyers and sellers. That’s myjob-to lead,” he adds.

Albert is quick to point out that inorder to be an effective leader, thereare many areas of his life that may

job,” he says. It gets me in the rightmindset for a successful day.”

His passion for being in a healthy stateof mind and body also includesmaintaining a happy home life. Withthree children, and a 20 year marriagegoing strong, Albert says that running asuccessful real estate business, where10 escrows are going at the sametime, is no excuse for short changinghis family. “Family comes first. I takemy children to school every day. Iwork out with my train er five days a

week. And then I am in the rightframe of mind to focus en tire ly on myclients. I am able to, and they alwaysfeel like they are my only client.”

them that they are wrong, you’re goingto create fric tion. You have to be ontheir side. If they say that they firmlybelieve in holding onto real estate, anddon’t want to sell, I tell them that theyare right. Real estate—particularly inCalifornia—is a terrific investment.But I can let them know that an 8 unitcondo is for sale, in case they want toadd to their portfolio, or can think ofanyone they know of who might beinterested,” he says.
