Maria do cycling all the weekends.

• Alba dance in specific clases of dance:

• Mondays,wenesdays,friday

• Both do “tumbing”.

We thik that the amount of calories per day is good because we not only dance or go cicling.

So if the necesary calories per day are:2.500, we think that is good

• We life in: segovia

• The clima is: in winter cold and in summer hot

• Our belifs: we ate everything, we don´t have an especific diet.

anchovies, lentils.-C(ascorbic acid)-Stay in: kiwis, red peppers,

citrus fruit.-D(calciferol)-Stay in. Produced by the skin.

• Goals for a good diet:• Eat almost all food, not only of one thing(if

you it only one thing, eat some other thing that contains the same vitamins...ect)

• Do an sportif life, and stay good with your body!

• We think that nutricion is very important if you eat good
