(because traditional CPD does not result in change- remembering open plan classrooms)

Only teachers can change teaching

Changing teaching is itself a learning process (always striving for outstanding learning)

Learning requires: a challenge, opportunity to practice, feedback on success, support to continue and/to improve.

2. Practice on own a) we all make mistakes and learn from them- 10 times to be

confident

3. Invite a member of TAC to observe

4. Discuss the observation (Feedback)

6. Decide on next most effective ‘EBT’ strategy
