1. I hereby submit, to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor and the other officers and authorities of the
University / and the director and the authorities of the Institute and shall observe and abide by the rules made by
the Vice Chancellor in that behalf and also made by the Head of the Institute.
2. I have carefully noted the rules and process of admission as given in the prospects which I am required to follow
and shall in matters of interception accept the decision, given by the Director in this respect is final and binding.
3. I shall attend minimum 75% lectures for each course as per the rules failing which I shall not approach the
Director for any concession on this respects and shall be liable to be debarred from appearing for the
Examination.
4. I have also read, understood and accepted the code of conduct and notifications displayed on the General Notice Board of the Institute and shall take note of all the communications put on the Notice Board from time to time.

Rules& Regulations 1. Student should follow the discipline and instructions given by the competent authority director/ principal from time to time.
2. The student must be regular in his/her attendance for theory and practical classes. In case the student attendance is less than 75%
his/her term will not be granted.
3. All original documents i.e. marksheet, transfer certificate, migration, entrance score card etc., should be submitted at institute on
joining, failing which the admission will be canceled.
4. Student should exhibit ethical behavior in the institute campus.
5. Student name will be struck off roll calls in he/she remain absent for more than one month without prior written notice.
6. Mobile use is prohibited in the classroom, computer lab, laboratories and library.
7. The student should not participate in any antisocial activities, chewing gum, tobacco, gutaka, smoking and drinking of liquor is
prohibited.
8. Any damage done to institute, hostel property is prohibited, heavy penalty will be charged and student will be expelled from the
college and fees will be forfeited.
9. Attendance is compulsory for seminar guest lecture, examination and project work etc.
10. Ragging of student in any form is not allowed. Strict disciplinary action will be taken.
11. Violation of the institute rules or any act within the campus is prohibited.Dress code is compulsory in the institute. Agitation on any
account is also prohibited.
12. Student if found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provisions of act and laws and enforced by government or in
any activity contrary to rules and discipline will be liable to be expelled from the college without any notice by the
principal/director.
13. If any of the statement made in application form or any information supplied by the candidate in connection with his/her admission
is in late on at any time, found to be false or incorrect, his or her admission will be canceled, fees forfeited.
14. The student should understand and adhere to the code of conduct and notification displayed on the general Notice Board and the
instruction/information contained there shall deemed to have been read and noted by the student.
15. This rules & regulations given to the student at time of admission are considered to have been read and accepted. Student should
strictly follow the same. Non-adherence of the same shall lead to disciplinary action by the competent authority.
16. Fees being paid at the time of admissionin an interim fees, final fees will be finalized by ShikshanShulkSamiti (MS)/Institute shall
be applicable and payable by the students immediately within seven days without any agitation.
17. The institute is at liberty to transfer the student to any other branch/course depending on availability of the seats which shall be
accepted by the students.
