    DSS has the ability to recruit the most skilled candidates. Our recruiting process ensures

    quality by shortlisting only those candidates who pass the trade test conducted by our

    engineers. We have 7 sourcing centers in India. This allows us to deal with the workers

    directly and not through sub agents or partners. Dealing directly with workers helps us

    eliminate exploitation and gather quality workers as a good worker will never buy a job. .

    DSS has a team of 100+ recruiters dedicated towards recruitment of Engineers, Admin and HR category candidates. DSS has a database in its own for engineers and also maintains links with 95% of candidates deployed by us. Avery high percentage of our selection takes place through our network. DSS also maintains its own portals. Candidates are presented to the

    client after intensive interviews.

    Skill Up-Gradation Services

    DSS runs its own skill up-gradation facilities where Food, Accommodation and Medical are provided to candidates in a camp like environment where strict discipline is maintained.

    DSS has 4 skill up-gradation centers. The flagship center in New Delhi has over 120, 000 sq feet that can accommodate 500 candidates at one time. Our centers are equipped with

    state of the art construction systems and processes that are used in the Middle East. This

    service is extended only to those candidates who already have skills.

    After a candidate is selected by the client, he is invited into our skill up-gradation

    center. Here we focus on safety induction, productivity and familiarity with modern

    tools and equipment.

    This service is unique to DSS and not offered by any other recruiting agent.

  • Demand Letter & Power of Attorney

    RECRUITMENTS PROCEDURE starts after receiving the following documents from the employer / company. The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of recruitment documents ALARAB RECRUITING in favor as follows:

    Demand Letter. Power of Attorney (Wakala) Consultation can be taken from any local Saudi recruitment office Wakala

    Should be attested from chamber of commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs And Embassy of Pakistan in Employer country.

    Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Saudi Recruiting Office from whom the Power of Attorney (Wakala) has been made.

    Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Employers Company. Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Amar Teehsil). Copy of the Sponsors Identity Card (Tabiyaa).

    PERMISSION FROM THE CORPORATE OF EMIGRANTS: The documents received from the Employer are then submitted to the protector of Emigrants (Government of Pakistan) for necessary registration and permissions. PRESS ADVERTISMENTS: The manpower requirements are advertised through leading National Newspapers to receive interested candidates applications INTERVIEW CALLS: After evaluating the applications, short listed candidates are called for interviews and trade tests FINAL SELECTION: Short listed candidates are then required to appear before the Selection Board (If advised by the Employer) and thereafter the selected candidates are put to test. The final rating is done after final evaluation of the individuals over all performance. MEDICAL TEST: The finalized candidates are required to get full medical checkup by a Medical Board comprising of highly competent specialists/doctors duly approved by GCC and the consulate of the employers country.     VISA PROCESSING STEPS

    You have to get your Medical Test done for which you have to contact our Nearest Office (Karachi or Islamabad) along with your:

    Original Passport Original CNIC 4 Nos Recent Passport Size Photographs.

    We shall provide you a GAMCA Number, after obtaining the same from GAMCA office as per Rules of Royal Saudi Consulate in this regard. You shall get your Medical Test done by a Medical Center which is approved by the Gulf at the Cost of Rs 2,300 which shall be borne by you.

    Recruitment Procedure

  • In case, you are declared medically Unfit, No further action shall be taken in respect of Visa Processing. DOCUMENT ATTESTATIONS:

    First of all you have to get all the Certificates / Degree translated in Arabic by self. If you have obtained your Degree from a University located outside Pakistan, you have to get your Degree

    attestation from the Royal Saudi Consulate located in that country, by yourself. VISA ENDORSEMENT: On completion of the above requirements, passports of the finalized candidates along with all required documents are submitted for visa to the embassy/consulate of the country of employment Government of Pakistan Requirements. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY (UBAIDULLAH MANPOWER) FOR VISA PROCESSING AT THE SAUDI CONSULATE:

    Original Computerized Valid Passport along with All Previous Passports, if any. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). 6 Cm x 4 Cm Colored Photographs with Off White Background: 2 Nos. Normal Colored Passport Size Photographs: 12 Nos. All Attested Original Certificates / Degrees along with their respective Attested Arabic Translation Coppices. Medical Fitness Certificate.

    NADRA FORMALITY: After obtaining Visa, you shall be provided with the Copies of Visa and Passport along with Original CNIC. You have to yourself go to the nearby NADRA Office and deposit the NADRA Fee of Rs 900 against a Proper Receipt. You shall forward your Original CNIC along with NADRA Receipt to our Office. Against this NADRA Fee, NADRA shall send your Foreign Country Registration Card within Three (3) Months at your Residential Address through Courier Service. NOTE: This NADRA Fee shall also NOT be paid by us OR the client. PROTECTOR OF IMMIGRANTS: You shall sign all the Documents which are required as per Rules of Government of Pakistan while you forward to our Office, the NADRA Receipt. On the basis of these Signed Documents we shall complete our Official Formalities as well as get the formalities of Protector of Emigrants completed on your Passport. Kindly allow us some time to finish this process. We will keep you posted once this process is completed. FINAL REGISTRATION OF CANDIDATES: After visa the papers are presented to the Ministry of Labor (Govt. of Pakistan), Islamabad for final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the concerned authority. TICKETING AND EMIGRATION The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Arabian Gulf International to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates. SEAT CONFIRMATION & DEPARTURE: Once the Formalities of Protector of Emigrants are complete, we shall forward your Details to our Travel Agents to make Travel arrangements. As soon as your Seat is confirmed, we shall inform you giving you at least 3 Days Notice. We shall make every effort that Applicants Travel from the Nearest International Airport to their respective City to your work location in a direct flight, however if it is not possible for whatever reason, the Applicants themselves have to make arrangement to travel to Karachi or Islamabad.

    Dispatch

    After 12 days of successful skill up-gradation training we dispatch candidates to the

    project site.

    Skill Up-gradation

    In India, most skilled candidates learn their trade from elders in their family. They have

    not received formal education and many have not worked overseas before. Once the

    candidate is selected by our client, we ask him to report to our institute 12 days before

    departure to the project site. DSS is the only company to run its own Skill Up-gradation

    centers (Over 120, 000 sq feet) where each candidate is made Site-Ready over a 15

    days program, in a camp like environment, where food and accommodation are

    provided free of cost. Being Site-Ready involves the following:

    Knowledge: Candidates are given knowledge about the country where they are being

    mobilized. They are familiarized with local labor laws, camp rules and guidelines as

    well as Gulf work culture.

    Productivity:All candidates must be well aware of tool & equipment being used in the

    Middle East and are taught to work more efficiently and effectively. All candidates are

    expected to achieve certain productivity levels.

    Attitude and Aptitude:Over the course of 10-15 days, our staff also keeps an eye on the

    attitude and aptitude of candidate. It's important for each candidate to have certain

    qualities that ensure his success on the project site besides their work skill.

    Safety: Safety is a big area of focus. A large amount of time is invested in Safety

    training. WE first start by explaining the importance of safety and follow it up with

    demonstrations on how to keep safe on the site.
