The measuring instruments of AL-KO chamber test rigs are monitored independently and externally. The air nozzles used for air volume flow measurement achieve an accuracy of +/- 1.5 per cent.

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTS (FAT) During the FAT, you put your future ventilation and air conditioning system through its paces to ensure the values are correct. In the factory, you will be convinced of the quality and correctness of the data from the volume flows to energy consumption, including protocol (German and English) of course. You can be 100% certain that your construction site will get exactly what you paid for.

DIN EN 24163Chamber test rigs according to DIN EN 24163: AL-KO offers you – depending on your requirements – chamber test rigs for air quantities of 7,000 to 100,000 m³/h or up to 15,000 m³/h. The chambers are equipped with the latest, externally-monitored measuring instruments. These include humidity transmitters, differential pressure sensors of all kinds as well as power meters.The measurement accuracy achieved here exceeds the accuracy at the construction site many times over.

The measurement of fans – and also other components – serve as a supplement to the manufacturer information.
