Al Hadeer Group was formed in 2002 as a leading Telecommunication Contractor and engineering services in the U.A.E under the leadership of Mr. Bader Nasser Saif Al Kaabi, UAE national, Mr. Prakash Damodaran as a Partner and Managing Director, Indian National and Mrs. Suja PrakashDamodaran as a Partner, Indian National. Al Hadeer Group continues to be a customer driven, innovative and cost effective organization which delivers value to its customers. Today with over 12 years of experience and our strength is in our vast range of operating experience in the field of Telecommunication. We are specialized in Telecom multi-skilled services and maintenance activities managed by trained, qualified and experienced professional engineers and also we are on a constant quest to make superior in Telecom services through extensive research and training.

Turnkey FTTH Solutions Survey, Design, Supply, Installation and development of FTTH networks for Large Housing and Commercial Projects, Deployment of FTTH network from OLT’s to ONT’s Including Service Provisioning. We are one of the authorized service partner of Etisalat carrying out the FTTH network development with our well experienced and highly trained staff. Civil Network Maintenance In House Civil teams are carrying out maintenance of damaged manholes by replacing manhole frame and covers, manhole cleaning and clearing duct blockages.
