RESOLUTION NO.,__ _ WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-115 the City of Dothan entered into anagreement with the State of Alabama Department of Revenue to provide for theexchange of tax returns and information; andWHEREAS, that agreement authorized certain City of Dothan employees torequest, receive and disclose information from the Alabama Department ofRevenue; andWHEREAS, the need exists to update the list of employees authorized toexchange information with the Alabama Department of Revenue.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of theCity of Dothan, Alabama as follows:Section 1. That the following City of Dothan employees are authorized torequest, receive and disclose information with the Alabama Department ofRevenue, which said list follows:
