Performance Over The Years

AKKORD was established in 2005, since than has been recognized for many achievements. 2008

Water and sewerage construction

• Water and sewerage infrastructure construction is one of the most perspective business directions of Akkord Corporation which includes:

• Construction of water and sewerage systems;

• Waste water Treatment plants;

• Microtunelling works;

• Water transmission lines;

• Total contract value of current projects is 400 mln USD

• Overall 200 employees involved

• Ongoing projects are in Agstafa ,Tovuz, Shamkir, Jalilabad, Sabirabad regions of Azerbaijan.

TANAP - Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline

Production and Processing

• The company owns 38 manufacturing facilities: cement, concrete, precast concrete, marble,

granite, steel structures, asphalt, bricks, etc.

• During 2008 - 2013 AKKORD group’s facilities produced: • Concrete – approximately 2 mln. m3 • Sand-gravel – 6 mln. tons • Asphalt – around 1 mln. m3

• Substantial share of main product markets: cement, concrete, precast concrete, marble and granite, steel structures, asphalt, sand-gravel, bricks etc. Company’s production covers almost all AKKORD’s construction material needs (90%).

• Gazakh Cement Plant, with annual capacity of 1 mln tons of cement per year and 2 500 tons of clinker per day.

Future extension - 3 mln. tons of cement per year and 5 000 tons of clinker per day.

Gazakh Cement Plant

Plant is strategically located close to raw material sources. Developed railway and automobile transport infrastructure allows easy distribution of cement and or clinker inside Azerbaijan and easy transportation to main markets and sea ports (Black Sea and Caspian Sea) for further transportation by vessels.

• 10 Azerbaijan-based concrete plants;

• Equipped with 46 trans mixers and 11 pumps;

M600, M700 and concrete mix.

Akkord – Mingechevir Machinery Plant

• Plant capacity is around 6,000 tons per year;

• Products: various types of steel products, roof tiles,

construction steel and some spare parts

Akkord Prefab Production Unit

• Plant capacity is 54,000 m3 of various prefabricated elements per year;

• Products: concrete columns and beams, reinforced concrete pipes, reducing pipes, a

variety of small-scale concrete products, prestressed beam.

Garadagh Marble and Granite Production Unit

Mushfigabad and Siyazan brick plants

• Plant capacity is around 20,000 sq. m. per month; • Products: slabs, tiles, stair-steps and holders, plinths, window sills, handrail, sawing of

stone cubes, border for pavements, tombstones, benches.

• Total capacity of two plants is around 10,000,000 units per year.
