The workshop includes a review of the theory behind the geophysical techniques used, discussion othe state program and how data can be accessed, examples of using these surveys for exploration in Alaska for minerals, environmental and geotechnical purposes, and case studies from Alaska and the Yukon where airborne geophysics has been used to help locate/define mineral deposits.
