A natural ventilation system capturesexternal air via roof or wall-mountedterminals that use the aerodynamicprinciple of the stack effect to draw freshair inside which simultaneously extractsany stale air from the space. Airflow,temperature and CO2 within the systemare monitored and controlled via pre-setsensors and user-friendly, wall-mountedcontrols that can be used to open andclose the system dampers automatically

(based on pre-set extraction rates) ormanually based upon the CO2 level asindicated on the control panel or asnecessary.

All of our units offer the option ofbeing controlled via wirelesstechnology connected to any existingBMS or internet system. We alsosupply traditional combined sensors(with 0/10v outputs) or sensors withinbuilt BACnet communications(which supply a modulating control

signal to end devices such as windowactuator controllers).

Natural lighting systems are the perfectcomplement to our natural ventilationsystems. They work by capturingexternal light via roof-mounted domesand amplifying it as it is transferred tothe internal space to be illuminated.The benefits of piping brilliant, naturalsunlight into a space are numerous.Our natural light systems havesuccessfully transformed homes,offices, schools, factories and

hospitals, simultaneously reducingenergy consumption, building runningcosts and aiding common seasonalworkplace disorders like SAD.

Natural ventilation and lightingsystems, by their very nature, deliver asignificant reduction in traditionalenergy running costs and can improvestaff productivity and reduce sicknessby the removal of stale air from thedaily working environment and use ofnatural sunlight over artificialillumination. The additional night timepurge of stale air also creates a freshworking environment for staff thefollowing morning and overall offers abetter control of building temperatureand CO2 levels.
