Purchase Order Instructions: Complete a full post test borescope inspection of both TM & RGB modules as per the applicable maintenance manual. Work Performed: Completed a full borescope inspection of TM & RGB modules IAW Pratt & Whitney PW127M MM, Part No. 3037332, Revision No. 58. Inspection Results: Turbomachine

LP Impeller: Previous blend repairs found on the leading edge of various vanes. All repairs are within acceptable limits. No further action is required. (Fig. 1 – 3) HP Impeller: No discrepancies. (Fig. 4 – 5) Combustion Liners: Multiple cracks, coating loss, and burning found on cooling ring ‘X’. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable. No further action is required. (Fig. 6 – 7) Small Exit Duct: No discrepancies. (Fig. 8) HP Vane Segments: Excessive burning and/or loss of material found at the outer support ring of vane segment. Also through going cracks found on a number of vanes. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is considered Category ‘B’ damage, resulting in the following re-inspect: for engine on ECTM: 1000 hours. For engine not on ECTM: 600 hours. (Fig. 9 – 12) HP Blades: No discrepancies. (Fig. 13 – 14) HP Shroud Segments: Minor rub and/or material transfer found on shroud segments. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable. No further action is required. (Fig. 15) LP Stator: Cracks and/or burning found on the leading edge of various vanes. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable. No further action is required. (Fig. 16 – 17) LP Blades: No discrepancies. (Fig. 18 – 20) LP Shroud Segments: Minor rub and/or material transfer found on shroud segments. As per the applicable maintenance manual, damage is acceptable. No further action is required. (Fig. 21) 1st Stage PT Stator: No discrepancies. (Fig. 22) 1st Stage PT Blades: No discrepancies. (Fig. 23 – 24)
