DMC Products

The DMC satellite provides a large range of complementary products and services. Its unique acquisition capacity allows up-to-date coverage projects in 22 m multispectral mode for agriculture services, forestry applications, environmental studies or maritime projects. DMC data is three bands (NIR, Red and Green) multispectral mode, with images of up to 600 km swath.

Modification and Cancellation Policy

Standard Terms and Conditions

The Modification and Cancellation Policy applies if a request is submitted after the order is confirmed, to modify or cancel a project. Conditions for the Modification and Cancellation Policy vary according to the One Tasking service level.

Premium Service (Applies to One Day, One Now, and One Series Critical)

Modifications and cancellations are possible, free of charge, up to 12 hours before the image acquisition. Within 12 hours of the image acquisition the fee will be 100% of the order value.

Regular Service (Applies to One Plan and One Series Routine)

Modifications and cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the acquisition start date with a penalty fee of $1,150.

Modifications and cancellations of an on-going project are possible with a penalty fee of $1,150. All imagery meeting the initial validation criteria will be invoiced.
