What is A2A ?• An air-to-air missile (AAM) is a missile fired from an
aircraft for the purpose of destroying another aircraft.

• Its generally launched from any airborne launch platform or air static launch platform

These air to air missiles are classified into two types based on their range and visibility
1.Bvr :- beyond visual range missile in these missiles the range in just beyond the eye sight so these are targeted using the heat signature of aircraft once detected on the radar of aircraft
2.Wvr :- with visual range this typical bullet of aircraft when its aircraft close in by for dogfight during the maneuver's these are used to score a perfect kill
